History

In 2003, brothers Tommy and Jim Moreo founded Cornerstone Information Technologies, LLC (Cornerstone.IT) in New York City. With years of systems integration experience, they formed a company with the mission to deliver honest and reliable cutting edge IT services.

Five years later, in 2008, Cornerstone.IT expanded its product offerings by providing hosted services for disaster recovery and cloud-based services from their Tier 1 data center facility. Clients responded favorably to this service, which delivers 24/7 assistance in any emergency — hurricanes, burst steam pipes, snow storms, power outages and more.

Cornerstone.IT became bi-coastal in 2012, opening an office in downtown Los Angeles to serve its west coast clients. Two years later, Cornerstone.IT opened an office in Washington D.C. based on a demand and need for IT firms with their experience and Citrix expertise. In 2017, Cornerstone.IT added an office in Philadelphia to expand services to their legal clients in the area.

Cornerstone.IT’s expertise and reliability earned the company a spot on Inc.’s 5,000 Fastest Growing Companies list for six years – 2010, 2011, 2012, 2015, 2016, and 2020.
