Microsoft has outlined its 2026 pricing updates, including changes to most M365 plans, new Copilot bundles, and a limited‑time compliance discount. More details to come as the rollout approaches.
Microsoft 365 Price Increase (July 1, 2026)
Microsoft is raising prices on most commercial M365 plans due to added AI, security, and management features. Business Premium is excluded and remains at its current price. That makes it prime upsell target for Basic or Standard customers.
CoPilot Bundles Starting at $21/month
New bundles include CoPilot Business on top of Business Standard or Premium. Pricing begins at $21/user/month (annual billing), making them compelling upgrade options.
