In general, you can visit the Cornerstone Website without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. The choice of whether to and how much personally identifiable information you provide to Cornerstone is left completely to you and is voluntary. Like many other websites, Cornerstone may receive and collect information about your session, including the IP (internet protocol) address, domain name, browser type, operating system you use, the files you download, pages you visit and dates/times of those visits. When Cornerstone receives information about your session or about you (for example, your age or zip code), we may use it as part of aggregated statistics for research purposes or to improve the Cornerstone Website, products and services. This data is analyzed for certain trends and statistics and allows us to enhance our offerings to you and to provide an enjoyable and an innovative online experience.
Other Tracking Technology

Terms and Conditions Regarding Your Use Of This Website
This Cornerstone Website, including but not limited to the text, content, Contributed Content (as defined below), any software programs, tools, applications and/or code available on or through the Cornerstone Website and accompanying links, photographs, images, video, audio and graphics contained on the Cornerstone Website, the selection and arrangement of the aforementioned and the “look and feel” of the Cornerstone Website (collectively, “Content”), is protected by intellectual property laws, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, trade dress, domain name, patent, trade secret, international treaties and other proprietary rights and laws of the United States and other countries (“Intellectual Property Laws”). The use or misuse of these trademarks, service marks, domain names, trade dress or any other Content or materials, except as permitted herein, is expressly prohibited and may be in violation of Intellectual Property Laws and/or other relevant laws.

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use of Cornerstone Website

Violations of this Agreement
Cornerstone reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of this Agreement, including the right to block access from a particular Internet address to our site.
Laws and Applicable Jurisdiction
You acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is governed by and should be interpreted in accordance with New York law and in the event of any dispute arising in relation to this Agreement or any dispute arising in relation to the Cornerstone Website or the Content, whether in contract or in tort or otherwise, the New York courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such dispute. The failure of Cornerstone to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
