Our late co-founder, Tommy Moreo, Ph.D. Organizational and Industrial Psychology dedicated himself to ensuring Cornerstone.IT by its nature would be diverse, equitable, and inclusive. Today we continue to achieve this by following his Nine-Step Employee Engagement Program which begins with the job application and ends with retirement. 

Tommy’s visionary program is rooted in cultural diversity and emotional intelligence training for all members. The essence of this program manifests in how we, as an organization think and act today – our company culture.
