Project Management Statistics

Cornerstone Information Technologies, LLC will flawlessly execute each technology implementation and provide your staff with the necessary documentation and knowledge transfer to properly maintain your system after our project implementation is complete.

Cornerstone.IT’s implementation services follow Microsoft Operations Framework and ITIL industry standards to deliver IT services in a well-structured and cost effective method.  Our project proposals are organized in the following phases: Discovery & Design, Implementation, Cutover & Support and Project Management.

Discovery & Design Phase

The Discovery & Design Phase will include a review of the firm’s existing applications suite and supporting servers, storage and network infrastructure.  The results of this phase will be a design document including a detailed project plan, time line and recommendations for any application, server and/or infrastructure upgrades.

Implementation Phase

The Implementation Phase will include making any required or recommended upgrades from the Discovery Phase. We will build and deploy your new system, working in a coordinated manner to meet the requirements defined in the Design Phase.

Cutover and Support

Once the implementation is complete, we focus on Service Operation where we cut over from the old system to the new system and fulfill user requests, resolve any service failures and implement a knowledge transfer so that your IT staff can properly manage the system going forward.

Managed Services

After the project is complete, Cornerstone.IT can provide a Managed Services agreement to help your business monitor, maintain and support the system going forward. We will regularly check the system, install updates, and remain available to the IT department as needed.
