On May 3rd, 2022 – The Mimecast engineering team has made aware that some customers hosted on the US grid may be experiencing a degraded service. They are currently investigating the issue and updates will be posted here as they become available.

Mimecast is aware that some customers are not receiving 2FA SMS messages. Their engineering team have investigated and confirmed we are sending the SMS messages and have escalated this issue to a 3rd party provider. Alternative 2FA methods such as email and 3rd party authenticators are working successfully, albeit experiencing degraded performance.
